The eligibility check asks about your criminal history so it can tell you whether expungement is possible. Here is what happens to that information.

• It is sent, encrypted, to Clark + Harris PLLC and stored in our case-intake system. It is not sold or shared with anyone else.
• We use your name and date of birth only to look up your court record if you ask us to.
• If you opt in, we will email or text you when your eligibility date arrives or when Kentucky’s expungement law changes. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing brad@clarkharris.com.

Submitting the check does not create an attorney-client relationship, but we treat what you tell us as confidential anyway.
